Dr. Akber Ali

Dr. Akber Ali serves as the chair and assistant professor of communication studies at the Department of Media and Communication Studies, Karakoram International University, Gilgit, Pakistan. With a PhD in communication studies, he is deeply passionate about social scientific research in communication and journalism. His interdisciplinary research interests include health communication, intercultural communication, climate change communication, and international communication. Dr. Ali believes that research and effective communication can address many of the deeprooted issues faced by human societies. He brings over 16 years of experience in teaching, research, management, and administration at the tertiary level
